If you have installed a SIM card on your iPhone but it isn’t working as expected, don’t worry — you can easily fix the issue and activate the SIM by following a few simple steps.
  • Turn on Data Roaming

Open Settings on your device.

Go to Cellular (or Mobile Data).

Select your SIM card, then make sure that Data Roaming is turned on.

  • Check Mobile Data Settings

From the Cellular/Mobile Data menu, ensure that your SIM card is set as the primary data source under “Cellular Data.”

If it’s not active, tap on it to set it as the main data line.

  • Manually Select a Network

Go to Settings > Cellular > Network Selection.

Turn off Automatic mode.

Then, manually select a network from the available list (you can check the supported networks through the SIM22 app).

  • Verify eSIM Installation

Make sure the eSIM is properly installed according to the installation guide for your device.

Also, ensure that your region is supported under your current plan.

  • Update Your System

Ensure that your device is running the latest iOS version, as updates often fix issues related to SIM card functionality.

If you’ve tried all the steps above and your SIM card still isn’t working, it’s best to contact the SIM22 customer support team for further assistance.
