If you have purchased and installed an eSIM on your Android device but it is not working as expected, don’t worry! Follow these simple troubleshooting steps to get your travel eSIM up and running.

Make Sure the eSIM Is Enabled

Open the Settings app on your Android device.

Go to Connections > SIM Manager.

Make sure your eSIM is enabled.

Also, ensure the eSIM is selected as the primary SIM for mobile data.

Enable Data Roaming

Go to Connections > Mobile Networks.

Turn on Data Roaming to allow your device to connect to supported networks while abroad.

Select the Correct Network Manually

Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators.

Disable Automatic selection.

Manually choose a network from the available list in your location.(You can check supported networks through the 22eSIM app.)

By following these steps, most Android eSIM connection issues can be resolved quickly, allowing you to stay connected during your trip.
